The Challenge
Fashion Forward's existing Shopify store had a 1.2% conversion rate — well below the industry average. Mobile users made up 70% of traffic but only 30% of sales. Pages took 6+ seconds to load.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the entire storefront using Next.js with server-side rendering for SEO and speed. We redesigned the mobile experience from scratch, optimized product pages with better imagery and CTAs, and implemented a streamlined checkout flow.
The Result
Conversion rate jumped from 1.2% to 3.6% within the first month. Mobile sales now match desktop proportions. Lighthouse performance score went from 34 to 96.
